How much?
An event in the Courtyard requires the following minimum spend:

Evenings*

Sunday through Thursday (6pm-10pm)	$3,500
Friday and Saturday Evenings (6pm-11pm)	$7,500

Daytime

Monday – Friday (12pm-5pm)	$2,500
Saturday & Sunday (12pm-5pm)	$5,000

*For any evening events, the eight rooms overlooking the courtyard must be rented @ $2,500 in addition to these minimums. The Courtyard space can be linked to the Zinc Lounge and Terrace for large events, offering a larger maximum of 300 for cocktails and 160 for dinner. Prices and minimum spend requirements are exclusive of tax and 20% service charge.
